Welcome to Airport Bookings! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website and airport transportation services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Airport Bookings offers airport transportation services, Prices listed are a direct transfer, meaning pick up from 'ONE' location and direct transfer to or from various airports within Melbourne.
By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You must make a reservation to use our services. Reservations can be made online or through our customer service during business hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm), by calling 0483 966 767. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards. Airport Bookings reserves the right to decline a reservation or cancel a booking for any reason.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of $55. There are no charges or penalties for flights cancelled by the airline, which are beyond your control. Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking our services.Passengers are responsible for their behavior during the ride and must follow the instructions of the driver. You are responsible for ensuring that all passengers arrive on time for pickup.
Passengers are allowed a reasonable amount of luggage based on the vehicle size. Airport Bookings is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the ride. Items left behind in the vehicles are to be returned at cost to the owner and Airport Bookings takes no responsibility for its safe return or costs associated with it.
Airport Bookings is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of our services, including indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Airport Bookings is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or acts of God.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Victoria

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We offer 100% refund if we do not turn up. We also ask for full payment upon booking confirmation to ensure your booking has been secured for you and the calendar is blocked off preventing other bookings for that time frame.
Before confirming your booking we will send you a quote for your confirmation (an invoice will be attached). If you wish to proceed, simply pay the invoice.
Upon your confirmation of your payment, the calendar is blocked off to ensure no accidental double bookings.
Absolutely, 100% refundable on the following terms:
100% refundable with more than 48 hours notice.
With less than 48 hours' notice, a $55 cancellation fee will be incurred due to our inability to fill the reserved placement. Please note that this fee does not encompass flight cancellations initiated by the airline. While changes to dates are permissible, if such changes are made within the 48-hour notice period, the cancellation policy will be applicable to the new date. Any alterations or cancellations made to the new date will be subject to the same policy.
We state 2 people due to space limitations with luggage. You are welcome to have a third person however, it would be best to contact us prior to let us know the sizes of the luggage you will be using, so we can ensure we are able to accommodate everything.
We allow a maximum of 10 minutes free of charge. Thereafter a wait fee of $20 will be charge per 10 minutes the driver has to wait.
With collections from the airport, it is important you do not message your driver, that you are ready to be collected until after you have collected your bags and have reached your designated pick up point. Otherwise these fees will apply.
* Flight delays do not apply to this fee and you will not be charged for airline delays.
